Everything was great from start to finish! The front desk gal that helped us was very friendly, and Sylvia gave the best 90 minute massage!! Wow… I’ve been a member with Massage Envy for a few years now. I’ve been to nearly every location and have tired many service providers. Malissa was hands down my favorite and it was such a phenomenal massage. She has impressive and consistent firm pressure and can identify pain points and works the out. This SAHM with a crazy toddler desperately needed every second of that. Thank you, Malissa!

Malissa is supremely knowledgeable. She is without a doubt, the best massage therapist I’ve had in the last five or six years—Certainly the best in the Sacramento area. She was able to identify the root cause of my chief complaint. Literally in one session my problem area was significantly better!! I cannot recommend her enough!!

Absolutely perfect. I was in pain yesterday and I have no pain today. Very unexpected. I loved my masseuse. She was nothing less than perfect. Thank you so much. Thank you for the introductory offer. The old Message Envy on East Bidwell owes me a full message from a horrible Masseuse that I had with my gift card. He was very unprofessional and they were going to replace the massage, but never credited me. I never went back and the manager did not credit my gift card or give me a replacement message as promised. I was so relieved to try again and have an amazing experience. My masseuse was wonderful . Her name is Xerez. Xerez was so professional, kind, respected privacy, and messaged the right tissue with the perfect pressure. I am a caretaker for my 100 year old Mom and Xerez released all my worries and stress that had built up from caretaking. Your reception staff was amazing as well. So inviting, and fit me in on a cancellation with Xerez. I was so impressed with the experience of my masseuse and her knowledge. Again, Xerez was so, so humble and wanted to help me feel better immediately and it worked. Your staff looked up my gift card that had been a Mother’s Day gift from my daughter in college and said they would get back to me about a credit from my previous experience at your East Bidwell experience. I LOVED your Front Desk and I’ll be back for you introductory offer to be a regular customer ASAP. Your staff never once pressured me to join for a membership, but encouraged me with the benefits of regularly getting a message so my stress level would change. Best experience I’ve had in years and I told my sister she need to join, too. Thank you for your Lovely Message Envy. ❤️🙏
